Your journey
- 01
Complete Assessment
Answer a short set of questions about your goals, history, and what you need help with. It takes just a few minutes.
- 02
Provider Review
A licensed clinician reviews your responses and determines what is appropriate — including whether more information or in-person care is needed.
- 03
Virtual Consultation When Appropriate
If a live visit is the right next step, you schedule a secure video consultation with a licensed clinician.
- 04
Personalized Plan
You receive a written plan in your member portal covering recommended next steps, labs, or therapies where clinically appropriate.
- 05
Medication, Lab, or Product Fulfillment
When a clinician prescribes or orders, it is routed to your pharmacy or lab of choice. Marketplace products ship separately.
- 06
Ongoing Support and Optimization
Message your care team between visits, review results, and adjust your plan with your clinician over time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a membership to be seen?
No. You can pay as you go for a single visit, or join a membership for included visits and member pricing.
How quickly will I hear back?
Asynchronous reviews are typically returned within one business day. Live visits are scheduled at a time you choose.
Can ACCESS prescribe medication?
A licensed clinician may prescribe when it is clinically appropriate after review. Prescriptions are never guaranteed, and some medications require in-person evaluation.
What if I need in-person care?
Your clinician will tell you when a concern needs in-person evaluation and can help you understand the next step. ACCESS does not provide emergency care — call 911 in an emergency.
Where does my information live?
In your secure member portal. You control who you share it with, and we do not sell personal health information.
