This policy explains how ACCESS handles information across our website, member portal, and marketplace. It is provided for general information and does not create a contract.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, contact information), membership and billing records, and information you choose to provide when using the portal. Health information you share with clinicians is handled as part of your care record.
How we use information
To provide and support your membership, enable care delivery, process payments, secure the platform, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
With the licensed clinicians involved in your care, and with service providers that support payments, communications, and infrastructure under contractual protections. We do not sell personal health information.
External destinations
The ACCESS marketplace and the separate research-use-only store are distinct destinations. Member, clinical, assessment, and billing data is not transferred to research-store sites.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to recordkeeping requirements that apply to health and billing records.
