Terms of Service
These terms apply to the ACCESS website, memberships, member portal, and marketplace. They are provided for general information and may be updated.
Not emergency care
ACCESS does not provide emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Clinical judgment
Care is delivered by licensed clinicians practicing within their scope and state. Membership does not guarantee any diagnosis, treatment, prescription, lab order, referral, or approval. Some concerns require in-person evaluation.
Memberships and billing
Memberships renew on the interval you select until cancelled. Included visits and benefits are described on the membership section of our site and do not roll over unless stated. Additional visits are billed at published member rates.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate information. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Marketplace and research store
Marketplace purchases are subject to the storefront's own terms. The research-use-only store is a separate destination and is not clinical care.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other members' information, or interfere with platform security.
