Billing and cancellation
- Billed $29 per month, renewing monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
- Cancel anytime from your member portal. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Unused included visits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Card details never touch ACCESS servers.
- Membership is not insurance and does not guarantee any diagnosis, treatment, prescription, lab order, or referral. ACCESS does not provide emergency care.

- How does billing work?
- Membership renews automatically on the interval you select — monthly or annually — until you cancel. Annual billing is charged once per year at the published annual rate.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel from the Membership section of your member portal. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Is a prescription or treatment guaranteed?
- No. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed clinician after appropriate review. Membership never guarantees a diagnosis, prescription, lab order, referral, or approval, and some concerns require in-person care.
- What happens after I join?
- You will be taken to your member portal, where you can message your care team, book a visit, and complete your profile.
- Is my information private?
- Health information is protected with encryption in transit, strict access controls, and least-privilege practices. We do not sell personal health information.
